TEL AVIV – In the wake of the October 7, 2023 massacre, Israel remains locked in a multifaceted war against Iranian-backed terror organizations, with operations encompassing Gaza, Lebanon, Syria, and even maritime domains. The conflict erupted when Hamas, a proxy of Iran, launched a cross-border assault from Gaza that killed over a thousand civilians in southern Israel—an atrocity widely recognized as the deadliest antisemitic massacre since the Holocaust. Hamas terrorists carried out widespread executions, sexual violence, mutilations, and kidnappings, abducting over 250 Israelis and foreigners, including children and the elderly, setting in motion an ongoing crisis.
Israel’s government, led by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Israel Katz, responded with Operation Iron Swords, a sweeping military campaign to dismantle terror infrastructure and rescue hostages. Under the direction of IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen.
