According to Israeli intelligence, these tactical pickup trucks—often mounted with heavy weapons or used to transport fighters and munitions—played a central role in both the initial invasion and ongoing terrorist activity. The vehicles were used to penetrate Israeli territory, carry out mass murder, and shuttle weapons across Gaza’s urban terrain and tunnel networks.
