IDF forces from the 401st Armored Brigade are continuing intensive operations in northern Gaza as part of Israel’s ongoing campaign to dismantle Hamas’ terror infrastructure and expand the security buffer zone along the border.

An Israeli Air Force drone eliminated a senior Hamas terrorist who served as a deputy company commander within the elite Nukhba unit—Hamas’ specialized commando force that played a leading role in the October 7 massacre of Israeli civilians.
This operation is part of Israel’s broader mission to prevent Hamas from reestablishing its military capabilities and to ensure that the northern Gaza Strip cannot be used as a launchpad for future attacks.
